How much would a moderation team cost? I imagine offshore market, quite low salary.
Maybe opensats grant worthy or even V4V if you made a big enough noise about it.
Not worth it, you get what you pay for. Plus majority of the nasty shit comes from those same countries to begin with.

The why is that burnout is real.
And the thing that will burn you out, is of much lesser skills and of much lower value than the stuff you love and are good at.
