Yeah language almost IS the culture.. the very way in which a people think, and it reflects the traditions and values and history of the people. It is possible for that to change but that would be in a world where we can travel around the world quickly whenever we want for very little cost, and in a great enough number to force disparate people together so as to make them adopt a common language out of need, and it would be a pidgin language that develops organically. An adoption of a constructed language seems like a stretch. Though I get the comparison to bitcoin.. language being a tool to bridge gaps and meet a common need.
