5x5 Strict Press, ascending

Worked up to 135

Any overhead press not only helps build strong shoulders, but also a strong core as it works to keep good posture with weight overhead.

Flex the abs and keep the back flat

Then

4 Rounds AMRAP:

-1 min DB Snatches (50lbs)

-1 min rowing for calories

-1 min DB step-ups (50lbs, 20in)

-1 min rest
