What happened to capitalism in the US? You just can’t cancel or ban everything. Crypto (specifically #bitcoin) is an unstoppable force. The US needs to find a way as a nation to coexist and “capitalize” on the opportunities rather than try to ban and push them away, because that’s just not going to work. Blacksmiths were going to lose their jobs making horseshoes when cars came out, samurai became obsolete when foreigners arrived with gunboats, etc. Sorry, Gary Gensler and Elizabeth Warren, you can’t stop it and you’re at risk of serving up this opportunity to other nations on a silver platter.

Why you think gary gensler is against bitcoin or want to stop it ? In my opinion he is doing its best to stop altcoin shit etc. Saving btc from etf etc. Would be nice if Futures would also be stopped

Gary never clearly give out regulatory guidelines for crypto companies but just blindly sued them 55 times. His action speaks for itself. Whether u think alts are shit or not, the US is missing out on a huge opportunity in this industry.

Agreed. Regulation by enforcement, not by actual regulations or by law, is not effective and not sustainable. Gensler is not doing his job and is putting the US in a position of weakness. Definitely moving toward a missed opportunity.
