Like, in some cases, their company's HR Dept has basically made their agreement with this arbitrary ettiquete a prerequisite to opening an Excel spreadsheet. FWIW my HR department has somehow allocated 7 hours of the company's collective attention to DEI&B training, and I am morbidly curious to find out what happens when I don't attend the requisite threshold.
