Agree with most of these, with the exception of rejecting birth control, but I’ve gotta ask, why the wired headphones? Do they even still make them? As an aside… I’m actually old enough to remember the wired mouse.

My daily drivers are wired headphones. Tuck your phone into a fanny pack, away from the skin, designed with a wire hole, and you’re set. Wireless can’t beat wired on quality and reliability. Factor in quality for price, and wired wins by a country mile.
I know nothing about headphone wireless signal impact on the human body that I presume some would bring up. But for me, it’s about reliable, good quality products that just last forever, and focusing on more important things in life.
Bluetooth headphones have a concerning amount of EMF radiation going through your brain, if you believe that EMF radiation is concerning. And yes, of course they make wired headphones. They are better than wireless.
If your house has electricity connected you are literally sitting inside an emf field.
