Ugh…one could consider 3-4 Aleve, two pseudoephedrine tablets, 2x Pepcid/famotidine and/or peptobismol…add phenylephrine + antihistamine eyedrops as needed and maybe an extra shot in the Starbucks. This is not medical advice. But I’ve treated myself this way.
