Don't make breakfast the enemy. Don't let them. IMO, it's the most important meal of my day. It's what fuels it.

The problem is not breakfast. It's what you lot choose to eat for breakfast. What you've been brainwashed to eat for breakfast that you may now realise was never good for you.
