%$#xxx@&%#%. WTH has happened with customer service anymore?? I tried to make a change on our AAA svc acct, could not find what i needed online. Called the number they listed, had to talk to a robot, got put on hold for 30 mins, then the moron on the phone says he's not authorized to make the change. By this time i was so frustrated i just cancelled the damned thing. AAA service used to be good, because i called them a couple yrs ago, and had a great experience. I'm just not putting up with this shit anymore. 😡😡😡
