If I feel an illness coming on, I'll take oregano oil in water between meals and colostrum caps with food, and black seed oil before bed.

If it progresses, I'll take an oregano extract capsule with each meal.

If it progresses, I'll lay out in the sun and take lactoferrin caps with food.

If it progresses, I'll take extra zinc, elderryberry juice, acerola cherry powder, and extra minerals.

If it progresses, I'll take a course of ivermectin and maybe even fenben.

If it gets really scary, I'll take doxycycline for a day or two.

It's good to have a protocol on hand.

Why wait so long to take the ivermectin?

Not always necessary, and I prefer not overuse it.

I've developed this protocol slowly since covid and found I very rarely progress beyond the second step.

To be honest I've been blown away at the efficacy of just a bit of oregano oil.

Yea don’t need much after step 1 or 2

What is the best oregano oil to source?

Solid protocol. I’ve found that I rarely get sick due to the combination of healthy diet, consistent exercise, and being outside every day due to my job

Oregano oil works but taste absolutely horrible.

If you take Aconite 30c homeopathic at first moment you feel it, can often stop it right away

Is this effective for sinus infections?

For sinus infections I would add to a nasal irrigator: salted saline w/ xylitol and a couple drops of methylene blue.

It hurts but it works. You can add to a nebulizer and breath if lung symptoms.

Taking grapefruit seed extract (Pure Encapsulations) with meals for a couple days is a good extra measure.

Use sparkling saline every day for at least a week after irrigating.

1/2 tsp of baking soda in water before bed to increase bodily CO2.

I would also suggest grape seed extract after progression.

I tend to slam high doses of vitamin A at first mental hint of anything off. If I thought it I take it.

I've been chewing on one of these once a week, fermented garlic in local wild flower honey. So far so good, knock on wood.

Solid preventative.

I'm in a Muslim country and they put black seed oil in everything here, it's considered a cure-all. Even major brands like Gillette and Dettol make face cleansers with Habbatu Al-Sauda (the blessed seed) - because it cures acne. Along with almost every other disease

Bitcoin is cool but your herbal posts are weird ass shit bro

I'd add in chlorine dioxide solution. It's approved for use as a sanitizer for water & food prep.

Excellent for all wounds topically as well as fungal infections.

If you subscribe to germ theory it kills all pathogens.

If you're more of a terrain theory guy, it seems to help clear out the toxic load.

It also seems to have anti-inflammatory properties.

Really handy stuff to have around.
