If I feel an illness coming on, I'll take oregano oil in water between meals and colostrum caps with food, and black seed oil before bed.

If it progresses, I'll take an oregano extract capsule with each meal.

If it progresses, I'll lay out in the sun and take lactoferrin caps with food.

If it progresses, I'll take extra zinc, elderryberry juice, acerola cherry powder, and extra minerals.
