Fasting is one thing you can trust someone is saying the truth.

There's one reason for it. When someone is claiming longer period of Water Fast, one week or even less, 5 days, you'll see if they're saying the truth. And you can see it by loosing weight by them, which is happening in 90% of times.

I don't see reason why anyone would lie on this by the way.

The idea for this post came for me while comparing eating (especially sugar) to other addictions like smoking or drinking. You have to check on smokers if they're really not smoking for a let's say even 1 week, same with drinking.

But you can't cheat on Fasting.

It's easy to compare before and after photos of even 1 week.

Improved photos by the way - less belly fat, less wrinkles on the face etc.
