My pot coffee is a warehouse club hazelnut roast. The happy wife likes this. It's our daily dose.

My standard bean for the espresso machine is a Dunkin Donuts Arabica. Probably considered a New England roast.

Occasionally we'll get a better bean/roast, but then we need to dial in the grind. It takes like 5 cups of espresso to do this. Someone's gotta drink all those demitasse cups. Mercy!
