i love IRC

Why?
I got to know a couple healthcare systems owners, hospital ceos over the last year. People who may be interested in utilizing blockchain tech or Bitcoin to develop solutions don’t exist in healthcare yet. The good thing about buying companies like optum and uhc is that you’ll already have patient population that we are trying to improve healthcare for. Whereas if you were to build new healthcare ins focusing on using blockchain technology, it’ll be difficult to find the type of pt population that we could have as target audience. I highly recommend implementing Bitcoin and blockchain tech in healthcare. In my opinion of understanding why people come at you I’ve seen it’s for three issues, housing, taxes and healthcare ins. I’m not sure how you can help with those, considering I’ve noticed you do everything from donating to charity. This can take off healthcare of the list with buying optum and making it a place where healthcare utilizes blockchain tech will revolutionize healthcare in a bigger way reaching populations that know nothing about blockchain or Bitcoin @jack
Nostr reminds me a lot of IRC. Has the same grassroots feel to it. IRC is more centralized though, right?
It's similar to nostr in that it's a federated network. Actually, it's a bunch of separate federated networks. There is one protocol and a bunch of different client and server software. It's also the longest continuously used chat application on the Internet. This is the power of open protocols.
