Can't get this Raspberry Pi 4 to boot anything.

Have tried multiple ways (SD, USB) to fix the bootloader.

Nothing but a solid red LED and one quick blink of the green.

This was previously running HASS, though I don't think that matters.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
