Calling all #miner with mining experience. I am interested in getting a miner. I am am looking for one that meets my specific needs. I know this will not be profitable. The points I need are as follows;

Low Noise

Low Energy Usage

Low Price

Any advice on something that meets these parameters would be most appreciated!

Do you have one of these?

I dont but I'm saving up for one or 2 or an asic..

Do these even do anything?

It's more of a lottery miner.. maybe hit maybe not..

Yeah it's like trying to get struck my lightning twice. I wouldn't waste my time. You'll make more in zaps

I checked and if my math is correct. It would take 19,000 years to possibly hit a block. Still better chance then the lottery.

I'm probably going to buy one and plug it in for shits and giggles and if it mines a block boom im rich and if it doesn't lol well it doesn't lmao

Definitely a cool device in my opinion

Great conversation starter in the living room.. πŸ€™πŸΎπŸ€™πŸΎ

Def looks cool

Sure you can build one for a fraction of the price tho

It plugs right to the wall in the u.s. lol and it doesn't make noise.

If constrained to inside, id recommend an S9, run from 500w to 1000w for lowest power and noise. Can upgrade fans to cut decibels or even use an upstream data box or build your own.

If you've got a house and can add a dedicated 220v circuit, then I'd say get an S19 or better, and consider putting in box outside.

+1 for kaboomracks. Great service

S9 is good starting place. But louder then you are expecting. Atleast for me it was.

Use an S9 as a space heater and change the fans like #[2] did in a recent video tutorial maybe?
