yeah, i hadn't drank any artificial sweetened stuff until 2021... it probably was the early early stages of onset of type 2 diabetes that was causing the - at the time - mild symptoms like cramping and peripheral neuropathy

now i know what it all is... all that seed oil fried potatoes for 20 years and energy drinks for a lot of that time, and then the additives kept on stacking up, the maltodextrin, the drinks with sugar but also artificial sweeteners, probably colors and flavors have been involved too, there is so much shit in the food these days that never was there 20 years ago, or at all 40 years ago

and on top, i've had celiac the whole time, but the odd thing is that the rash from it didn't start to happen until i was in my late 20s, 2006 and after... so it's probably GMO wheat or some shit, combined with all the other shit, probably glyphosate in the seed oils, so many easy things to point at, and bugger me hard shit to avoid now

It does seem that humans are really sturdy, and it's all the bad stuff combined in the last few decades that just does us in. it's hard to not consume up to the limit of what we can tolerate.

My great aunt at 98 still drinks a glass of wine before bed. I would sleep horribly if I did that. if i had a squeaky clean diet, i could probably go back to it.

she also ate a donut for breakfast and sausage & eggs (not saying this is bad).

breaking my fast so i'm liking the sound of eggs a lot right now... i have all this beef dripping and it's just not really appropriate to use it to fry beef patties (gonna have a couple and a couple eggs for breakfast, got a real cranking hankering lol) ohshit i have to go down to the damn bank tho
