Talked to a new neighbor that lives down the road.

Rebounded the Basketball for my son for a few minutes before I left for a Dr. appointment.

I pretty much dislike the concept of Western doctors; except for emergency situations.

I’m on day 14 of hacking a lung up and sadly home rememdies/homeopathic isn’t kicking it…so off to the doc my wife sent me.

Guess she’s tired of me being sick too 🤣
