Not an easy 3d model for printing. Would require tons of time sculpting, and sculpting artistic skill.

Maybe find a 3d sculptor on fiverr or something?
I have made things in 3D and printed them. I could make this in a vr headset and 3D print it. I don’t have either currently. It would take skill for sure but it would be lots of fun.
