We discussed the follow all feature, which is great especially for people without follow lists/just getting started.

If I am to follow say a dozen npubs, and my follow list consists of 100 folks this should work.

If I have a large follows list (e.g. I follow thousands of people) and I follow a dozen npubs who talk about topic X, I am unsure these incremental follows will surface in a way you would like in your feed.
