Nextcloud: backup that export json

Gitea: job to diff that file and the existing set of repos.

This should be doable today if can focus, but the weather looks to be a bove freezing so let's see if I stay inside long enough.

Gunna need a mapper file living with that script since some repos are poorly named because they take advantage of the org they live in on github.
