
Day 1 #75hard
1) follow a diet, no alcohol (ketovore, seasonal, no refined anything, carbs below 35)
2) 2 45 min workouts, 1 outside (i mean, all workouts here are outside)
3) drink 1 gallon h20
4) read 10 pages of a book, no audiobooks
5) post an update pic
I struggled with what to post as an update pic. I am doing this to increase mental discipline, not lose weight. Since a daily MRI is out, I decided an action pic of the hardest part of this challenge for me: creating TWO 45 minute spaces just for me where I can actually workout, uninterrupted.
