Id eat a duck 🫠

Duck is one of my favs. So juicy and if you get the skin roasted just right it’s crispy and the meat is so flavorful.

Beats chicken/turkey any day for sure.

And makes EXCELLENT soup/stock the day after.

Duck noodle sounds cooler anyways 😎

I was just tentatively thinking about harvesting one of the remaining Welsh Harlequin drakes. Maybe this settles it. 😅
