What other creature even has a concept of beauty? Humans should enjoy beauty. Otherwise, it doesn't really exist. There's nothing inherently beautiful about nature. It's just a bunch of random shit happening. It's beautiful because of humanity. We can be respectful to maintain it though and I agree we should in some cases.

We’re incapable of respecting nature at scale and that’s the problem
There is something to be said about exposing people to unspoiled environments, so that they can then get/be inspired to protect them. It can be an effective means of education if done correctly, and with as little impact as possible. Also, it often provides local indigenous peoples with employment in remote and rural places.
I don’t think we are the only species that finds it beautiful.
