I looked at the recent weather conditions in Asuncion, Paraguay... it's wild if you notice the last line of the calendar, showing that average temps around this time are 76F (24C)

--today's average high is 75C (24C)

-- photo shows a screenshot from wundergound of Asuncion's August weather. It has been as high as 95F (35C); other days at 81F (27C), 85F (29C), 90F (32C) -- none below 81F/27C - basically, WELL above avg all the time and forecast into the future.
