I looked at the recent weather conditions in Asuncion, Paraguay... it's wild if you notice the last line of the calendar, showing that average temps around this time are 76F (24C)

They could also remove certain restrictions on certain types of voters who were prevented from casting their ballots in 2020 and 2022. It will still be a close election there, but I think Biden now has the advantage...
