Just kidding, what happens if you log in using a different client? Your follows should be published to multiple relays, although hopefully Damus didn't republish your truncated list.
Is there a command line tool to check what's published?

There's websocat which you could use to request all your kind 3 events from a given server. It's wouldn't be very user friendly but I believe it would work.
Could you point me to any docs/examples?
