Idk how I feel about “real estate” but owning property feels sufficiently real. Almost like bitcoin. They’re never going to make any more. I just bought my first property. Pretty proud of it.
I know all the stuff about taxes, and never “really” owning it, but it’s close enough for now.

Thank you! We did it right, and almost debt free. Lots of work, but worth it I think. Time to put down real roots.
