Do any existing Nostr clients allow you to switch between profile with one tap?

AKA allow two accounts to be signed in at the same time?

Nostrid has this load account page, one tap and it's in. Amethyst has a similar feature. Can't use both at same time, but bouncing between is quick and flawless.
