What's your daily meal intake look like? Are you refusing to supplement with protein powder and trying to get all protein from the meat only?

Idk understand your goal, but it doesn't seem to fit the low time preference healthy body, tbh.

I do protein shakes twice a day. Huge protein load like 100g just from them but it is not enuf. Go get huge u must eat like a gorilla. It is insane.

6 meals a day min. 4 whole foods 2 shakes. For my weight and goals I need at least 4000calories a day and 300g of protein.
