So... IDK who needs to hear this... But if you spill methylene blue on your hands, it will dye your nails blue and it will not come off in the shower.

Lol. I have not had that problem. I guess it depends how much you're taking, but yeah. The body doesn't filter that out. It's definitely coming out blue.
