Visited this cabin that is for sale, yesterday, that sits on 50 acres. Off-grid. Propane. Generator.

Property sits on a 25 acre lot, included is the adjacent 25 acre parecl. Small HOA of about 20 lots make up the area.

There's also a pond with pavilion/community area.

Access in winter is snowmobile/cat only, unless you wanted to plow the road (approx 6 miles).

I swear it has termites...

I’d be careful to review the HOA documents before getting too interested. I’m pretty anti-HOA but gave one HOA property a shot. Reading their rules, sure enough, no chickens allowed, only horses. 🚫
