Also , in Ireland, 2% of the Irish population is Ukrainian overnight, and it is putting massive strain on almost every public service, but there was no public consultation on this , even though there was a leaked government memo stating quite clearly , that the Irish government had full knowledge of the disruption that an influx of people of this scale would cause.
