Imagine thinking that the goal of people of their own free will when they work and trade in the market is to screw everyone over and cheat…

but that the people who want to live a life paid for on the backs of tax slaves and dominate, surveil, and control what everyone else can do, say, and how they must go about things are only driven by the selfless desire to improve others’ lives.

The free market is people choosing to make things better, government is literally its antithesis, the desire to destroy and dominate.

There are megalomaniacs that conspire to achieve total control over the world's population. The bitcoin community is the yin to that yang.

Bitcoin is freedom. Bitcoin is hope.

I agree with you so strongly. I used to get passionate about liberty, but I hated who it turned me into when I try to talk about it with people. (I just don’t like talking politics.)

Now my hope is in bitcoin. It’ll do its thing and change incentives. Liberty will flourish.

I catch myself getting upset sometimes and just let it go.

I totally know what you are talking about.

My blood pressure reaches ATH when I hear people talking about politics and how good one party or politician and how bad another one is.

Sure enough I am working with two dudes with which I can talk about everything politic completely free of "judgement".

Without bitcoin I probably would have no hope for a bright future for my son.

Exactly, you’ve got to let it go. And it’s not even for your own sake, it’s also the most powerful thing you can do to change minds. To be unbothered and completely confident and calm in your view of the world. More people will see and be affected by that than anything else.

The sheeple all plea

Govern me harder daddy

People are tax slaves

#haiku

The first argument is easily defeated: We get taxed the hell out of our work, get taxed when we buy goods, can get taxed when we sell goods. We are taxed when our taxed money makes profit....

Yet many of us that still can afford it after being taxed pledge to the homeless and people in need, pledge to families struck by catastrophes and many more.

Second argument is a bit harder to defeat because the mechanism is somewhat different. But when you take German catholic church as an example it is easy to say that they only care about other people if they get the tax money I mentioned earlier. They get the tax money to care for those other people that most probably wouldnt be in need of help, when they wouldn't been taxed earlier.

I bet every member of a city parliament knows what I am talking about.
