i have a question for our #infosec peeps:

it may be that i read a lot of USA-centric #tech #news; but i feel these breaches happen more in the United States than elsewhere.

or is it the case that USA businesses are reporting these breaches more. if that's the case, why are they reporting more now? what changed?
