Finally got to test it this weekend. We have an unlimited amount of pallets available so we used all the non-treated ones in the kiln.
End result was pretty decent (I think). Pretty sure we made #biochar based on @jackspirko description. Pallets burnt well and left manageable chunks. But what about the nails!?

Any chance of making a video of the entire burn process? Maybe sped up? I've been trying to dabble as well but not sure it is working as it should. My tool is a hole in the ground.
