Towards the beginning of my life using twitter I used it a a personal fitness journal.

I’m starting a whole new fitness journey now so why not log it here

Day one with a personal trainer:

1. Talked about my journey up to this point and what detailed me the last 3 years

2. Walked a few laps

3. Did some boxing drills
