If someone were to buy a deck and an original painting, are they able to specify which painting?

Can we choose a specific painting, or will those be randomly allocated? Also, where can we see all the tarot card designs? (In case we can choose, to determine how many & which we would like to obtain)
Each deck includes 78 unique cards. I assume that for each card design, 1 original card tarot painting exists. You have listened as rewards: 70 "Single Original Tarot Card Painting (without deck)" & 70 "Tarot Deck with an Original Tarot Card Painting." (among other rewards). Could you please elaborate? (The math doesn't add up, lol)
