Recently (within the last two years) I've started lifting weights. It has made a huge difference between in my overall wellness even if progress is super slow.

💪🏼 3 days a week! Every week, every month, every year!

Why 3 days?

So my body can rest and so I can still have a life.

It's less than half of the week. If it's 3 hours of training you still have 165 hours a week lol.

Haha, I’m a busy guy! And I like my free time! And I need to learn how to run a lightning node!
