DAY 2 of this #dataDiet week was about deleting shortcuts. Choosing an app to delete from my phone.

Went full out and ended up doing a thorough cleanup and deleting 13 apps from my phone. LFG 💪

DAY 3 of #dataDiet.

Took out ALL THE NOTIFICATIONS.

Decided my phone shouldn’t be prompting me for attention whenever apps or others choose to.

My attention depends on when i chose to look, not when i get notified.

pS: you might not be able to turn them all off, but one at a time you reclaim your attention. 💪
