That's minor boost value relative to others, but speaks about what metrics has been important to them, and what tradeoffs they might be willing to make if they did merge it in, supposedly through an a/b test and subsequent discussion on the tradeoffs.
I'm not a dev by trade but is it weird that a bunch of this stuff is all hard coded?
