There are a million ways to back up a seed phrase. Nearly all of them have flaws.

I prefer it online. I know, it might seem weird and insecure, but it's not. I made my own script and encrypt it as only I know how to decrypt it. I upload it online, even best in a few places. If necessary, the decryption key is in my head only. That way I'm not tied to anything physical or location specific, and even if someone manages to see it in the encrypted version it's absurd to decrypt it.
