Password manager! Too many to remember 🐶🐾🫡

Do you also think it is more safe?

I am hesitant because it also could be a single point of failure 🤔

Passwords are outdated tech, so they are as safe as they can be. Make sure that you use a good password manager that is not connected to some shitty company that has nothing to lose. I use Apple and Google, they have all their money on their reputation, so leaking passwords is not an option for them. You could also host your own open source one, and you’ll have to be in charge of protecting it. Reusing passwords is not an option you should ever consider! 🐶🐾🫡

That sounds reasonable 🙏 i didn’t know apple had a password manager? Or do you mean the inbuilt ios password feature?

Yes, inbuilt one. 🐶🐾🫡

Try Vaultwarden, self-hosted Bitwarden Server.

There's an Umbrel app. Just do backups from time to time.

Yeah! Good solution for self hosting! 🐶🐾🫡

Remember myself 🧠

How do you keep track of them all? I heard some pol use offline lists, like a notebook

created an algorithm to generate passwords and remember the algorithm

it's great because not even I know my own passwords until I have to write them

Wow! Is there a guide on how to do this?

using keepass2android for years now
