You just have to not-eat, while you're working. Then you stay thin.

Of course, then you can't think straight, but no system is perfect.

yeah, the problem i get is when to schedule it

i've done a 72h once now, and my health dramatically improved after it.

really i think i just need to schedule it. "ok, this friday i don't work, and don't eat until monday morning"... and done.
