I would say that you can tincture anything you would use in teas, or anything that is edible. I have some ginger tincture that i love to use in sparkling water. Kinda like having ginger beer. Just make sure your herbs are dry before doing this. I usually use vodka, but any high alcohol content should work. Vodka has neutral flavor, so thats what i prefer. Just experiment.
