Great idea. What other combinations do you use? Is it doable with literally any herb or are there some to avoid?
Making some tinctures today. These 2 are passionflower, lemon balm, and skullcap. I'll use this combination for night time relaxation. I like tinctures because they are super simple to make, and they last forever. Just fill a jar halfway with the herbs, then fill to the top with vodka or other alcohol and let sit for at least 6 weeks. #tinctures #MakeYourOwn https://nostpic.com/media/8d9d2b77930ee54ec3e46faf774ddd041dbb4e4aa35ad47c025884a286dd65fa/1c611e2f8627b9bec90f6fe15d27af04dbcd54a0934d3bfd0631a40cb0138534.webp

I would say that you can tincture anything you would use in teas, or anything that is edible. I have some ginger tincture that i love to use in sparkling water. Kinda like having ginger beer. Just make sure your herbs are dry before doing this. I usually use vodka, but any high alcohol content should work. Vodka has neutral flavor, so thats what i prefer. Just experiment.
