No it doesnt. It never can and never will. If it was a threat, anything and everything btc would be illegal. They love it. They are getting rich over the artificially inflated price.

The corpo-state wanting to co-opt bitcoin doesn't mean it already has.
Bitcoin enables a system outside of the state, if people use it that way. We are seeing it used both ways, and I'm not calling winners and losers yet.
Again, my issue isnt with the coin. I use it. But I can also see the problems.
