I resumed the work to make this possible recently; Honeypot will be an NWC and NIP-60 wallet; it’ll pay LN zaps and Nutzaps indistinctively; it’ll do NIP-88 subscriptions by sending you a push notification when it’s time for a payment.

Tying the payment aspect (subscriptions) within Highlighter was a mistake; massive scope creep in retrospect.

Having a separate tool that enables managing payments and subscriptions makes a lot of sense to me so that all apps can easily leverage this without having to rebuild all these flows.
