I have been interested in how to maintain my health or how to avoid being sick for a long time. I researched a lot and bought books etc.
I now came to realize many of the methods that I believed once weren't even good for my health or no effect whats so ever.
At this point, with the oceans of contradictory infos, I don't know which one is correct.
Especially, the infos from Japan are very confusing.
