Why I don't recommend Grounding Mats that plug into the AC power grid?👇

Grounding is something a lot of people misunderstand because we tend to lump everything together.

Grounding via grounding mats plugged into the wall isn't as the same as therapeutic Grounding.

When we talk about grounding for electric fields, we’re actually talking about grounding as shielding.

If you’re around AC electricity, grounding lets that electricity flow through your body to the ground. That’s not a natural process because AC electricity isn’t something we evolved with.

On the other hand, Grounding for therapy is completely different.

It’s about connecting to the Earth’s natural DC current, which reduces inflammation & has real health benefits.

The problem is, a lot of studies don’t measure this properly, they focus on AC electricity, which misses the point. The whole idea behind therapeutic grounding is to receive the Earth’s ions & DC voltage, not the AC current from man-made sources.

So, when you ground yourself around electricity

Two things happen:

Your body becomes a conduit for the AC electricity to go to the ground and at the same time, you’re still getting some benefit from the Earth’s DC energy.

But let’s be real,

it’s not natural to have AC electricity running through us.

All the videos I have seen that are selling Earthing mats use a body voltage meter. They get a reading then touch the ground pad and the reading goes down, often to zero.

They then claim the ground pad removes the nnEMF field.

NOT TRUE. The field remains and now YOU are part of the circuit, an AC circuit.

You can however still use an earthing mat/sheet if it is grounded directly using a copper rod & a wire.

Just make sure there's no power lines beneath the ground.

My sheet is connected to the wall socket and has silver threads. No electricity in room while sleeping. What’s your thoughts on that?

if you break the circuit, it’s better.
